Your rate is based on the number of guests given at the time of your reservation. There will be an additional charge if more guests occupy the cabin. All reservations are confirmed and guaranteed for the number of nights specified. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
We ask you to please leave the cabin as you found it. All items in the cabin are inventoried. Accidents do occur! Please let us know of any breakage, so we can replace it at OUR COST.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the cabins.
Security Deposit
There is a $100.00 security deposit required when renting any cabin. This deposit is held in your credit card account, then released back to you within seven to ten working days.
Pet Fee
Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. There is a pet charge of $20.00 for the first night and $10.00 for each additional night per pet.
Early Check In and Late Check Out
For your convenience, early check in and/or late Check out may be available upon request for an additional fee of $20.00. Our normal Check-in time is 4 pm, and Check-out is 11 am.
Cancellations or Booking Changes made to a Confirmed Reservation
(Booking Changes include room location and/or reservation dates)
A processing fee of $50.00 per reserved night will be charged for cancellations or booking changes received 15 days or more prior to a holiday booking. There is no refund for cancellations or booking changes received 14 days or less prior to a holiday booking. A processing fee of $50.00 per reserved night will be charged for cancellations or booking changes received 7 days or more prior to a non-holiday booking. There is no refund for cancellations or booking changes received 6 days or less prior to a non-holiday booking.
No-shows will be charged full fee for all days booked.
All cabins have coffee makers and microwaves. Those with kitchens are stocked with the basics. Not supplied are condiments, spices, cooking oil, etc.
Firewood Available
We sell firewood for $6.00 a bundle; includes a firestarter. Warning: it is dangerous to use paper or pine cones in the fireplaces.
